Audit-Exact SRL was established on October 13, 1995, coinciding with the development and emergence of auditing and a wide range of consulting services in Moldova. The “Evgenia Moldovan” Law Firm was founded in 2001 by one of the founders of the audit firm Audit-Exact SRL. Audit-Exact SRL is a member of the Association of Auditors and Audit Organizations “AFAM.”

From its very inception, the audit firm has positioned itself as a multidisciplinary company providing a wide range of business services: from legal consulting on the preparation and establishment of businesses in Moldova and an overview of tax legislation, to obtaining all necessary licenses and permits, auditing of financial and operational activities and financial statements, to comprehensive accounting services for the enterprise, including the selection of optimal business models, and, when necessary, the provision of a full range of legal and attorney services.

Throughout the entire period of “Audit-Exact” SRL’s operations, business in Moldova has been subject to risks of both an economic and political nature. This factor leads to uncertainties in tax and financial legislation, which places heightened demands on the rules for conducting business in Moldova for both local companies and foreign investors.
